- a private investor in the acquisition of a controlling stake in one of Russia’s largest food producers
- management of an international leasing company in connection with the buy-out of its Russian business from a foreign shareholder
- shipping company operating in the Caspian Sea, in several transactions involving the acquisition of oil tankers, cargo vessels and supply ships
- investment holding company in a joint acquisition with an institutional investor of a controlling stake in a leasing company ranked among Russia’s top 10 by portfolio size
- founder of a fintech platform for the sale of insurance and credit products in a transaction to bring in Russia’s largest IT company as an investor
- investment and construction holding company in structuring of corporate governance and implementing an investment project in a special economic zone
- Russian airline during the buy-out of its fleet of aircraft used for scheduled flights
- investment holding company operating in the CIS in connection with the buy-out of a minority shareholder’s stake as part of the resolution of a corporate dispute within a joint venture
- shareholder of a major agricultural holding company in several corporate disputes concerning the procedure for forming the company’s governing bodies
