Anastasia has advised and represented:

• Russian corporate clients in four settlement proceedings with the Bank of Russia under Article 11.1 of Federal Law No. 224-FZ, advising on legal strategy and negotiating, concluding and implementing settlement agreements. All four matters resulted in the full termination of proceedings concerning alleged violations of Russian insider trading and market manipulation laws.
• Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. in a strategic enforcement initiative to protect its intellectual property rights in feature films released in 2026, securing the cessation of unauthorised screenings across Russian cinemas, including infringing screenings unlawfully presented as “pre-show entertainment”
• one of Russia’s largest systemically important banks in a complex corporate dispute, spanning pre-litigation proceedings and arbitration, arising from the exercise of an option to acquire an equity stake in a prominent fintech company specialising in online payments. Successfully defended the client against allegations of undervaluation of the buyout price and deliberate misrepresentation of financial statements
• a leading airport and transport infrastructure company in litigation on the recognition and enforcement of a foreign arbitral award
• a major Russian mining and metallurgical holding in connection with claims exceeding RUB 3.5 billion brought by the Federal Agency for State Property Management
• Norilsk-Taimyr Energy Company (subsidiary of PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel) in connection with the enforcement of an amicable settlement agreement concerning the USD 3 billion claims for the compensation for ecological damage (water bodies, the soil, wildlife, aquatic biological resources) from an accidental spill of petroleum products
• a Russian IT company in Russian courts in a dispute over representations and warranties, and the indemnification of losses arising from an M&A transaction
• a major Russian financial group in connection with the winding down of a subsidiary incorporated in the UK
• a major client in connection with the cancellation of an integrated contracting agreement with a value of over RUB 50 billion and the filing of claims under bank guarantees
• a subsidiary of a major mining and metals company in relation to claims against a contractor for delay and liquidated damages
• a subsidiary of a major mining and metals company in relation to the liability of a contractor for work delivered without the required preliminary testing
• a buyer of 100% stake in a major Russian HR consulting company in connection with RUB 1 billion claim arising from the representations and warranties
• a major foreign mineral fertiliser producer in connection with the conclusion of an amicable settlement agreement during the bankruptcy of a Russian debtor
