  • Norilsk-Taimyr Energy Company (subsidiary of PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel) in connection with the enforcement of an amicable settlement agreement concerning the USD 3 billion claims for the compensation for ecological damage (water bodies, the soil, wildlife, aquatic biological resources) from an accidental spill of petroleum products
  • a Russian IT company in Russian courts in a dispute over representations and warranties, and the indemnification of losses arising from an M&A transaction
  • a major Russian financial group in connection with the winding down of a subsidiary incorporated in the UK
  • a major client in connection with the cancellation of an integrated contracting agreement with a value of over RUB 50 billion and the filing of claims under bank guarantees
  • a subsidiary of a major mining and metals company in relation to claims against a contractor for delay and liquidated damages
  • a subsidiary of a major mining and metals company in relation to the liability of a contractor for work delivered without the required preliminary testing
  • a buyer of 100% stake in a major Russian HR consulting company in connection with RUB 1 billion claim arising from the representations and warranties
  • a major foreign mineral fertiliser producer in connection with the conclusion of an amicable settlement agreement during the bankruptcy of a Russian debtor
