Advised and represented clients in complex public law and regulatory matters, including:

• defending a Russian company in administrative proceedings under Article 15.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation
• acting for a major regional company in a challenge to a regulatory act issued by a senior regional official;
• advising multiple companies on legislative amendments to strategic planning regulations
