  • global Canadian company at the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in a dispute under a contracting agreement on the performance of design and survey work regarding the recovery of a fine for the performance of substandard work
  • international industrial company in SIAC arbitration in a dispute under an electric equipment supply contract regarding the recovery of damages
  • sanctioned Russian company in LCIA arbitration in an international dispute on the recovery of interest under a credit facility agreement
